Abstract: A magnitude of influences in social calendar of persons, society and state living with or without digital technology exposes digital supremacy which is rendering social conversation in new forms – linear conversation, and disruptive conversation. Scheme of conversation makes sense of relations among social actors – state and non-state actors. Conversation shifting, dynamics of international relations in digital age and digital conflict are witness of digital mediation nowadays. Aiming with exploration of digital conflict mediation framework in future, the study has triangulation of two disciplines of — computer science and social science — to explore new knowledge in digital diplomacy/international relations with the lens of technical mediation aligning social science. This research has gone through two philosophical phenomena – social constructivism reflecting multiple realities generated by digital technology and de-constructive analysis of conversation text with semiotic analysis tool. Framework for digital diplomacy would be immediate result of the research at least which identifies components to deal with digital conflict with preventive diplomacy. Measuring degree of digital supremacy, relationship dynamics are though very challenging job, the attempt draws measures of digital conflict diplomacy in future. Only advancement of technology does not make sense unless it deploys with sustainable approach for humankind. Balancing of digital supremacy is very essential for making sustainable future.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand the perception of public towards the digital effort of knowledge management undertaken by UN Information Centre (UNIC), Kathmandu. The introduction of UN Digital Repository in Nepal (UNDRN) in public by UNIC as an effort in enhancing knowledge management through digital technology is the first institutional digital repository in Nepal. Aiming to explore contribution of digital repository in professional activity of the certain public segment with respect to content, its relevancy, and quality, the research has explored certain insights which could be valuable for sustainable and fluent operation of the digital repository.
